eh, not a fair comparison. the image of suvari is a screenshot, not a photo, it is of much poorer quality. look at the outline of the rose petals, they're all blurry. plus, as it is a screenshot and not a posed photo, she's not engaged with the camera. the model is engaged with the photographer and is smiling.it's a better image, but that doesn't make her comparatively more attractive, in my eyes. mena suvari is one of the loveliest creatures i've ever seen. enough said.
In my opinion, none of those Mena Suvari images come close to the absolute scorchingness of woman in the top photo above.
i don't go for padding. i like to see sinews.
I like to see curves. Curves are what it's all about.
agreed on all counts. i love me some mena.
I'm not attracted to either of those images, however had it been a proper image of Mena, I would choose her.
Well i'm not attracted to any really but if I had to pick I'd say the first. The second picture..I don't know what it is about it but ugh. She looks sickly and too skinny. Then again, that girl has never turned my fancy *shrugs* I'm sure many people will say the second lol
That second one isn't exactly a top-quality capture of that image, but bearing that in mind...
...do I really have to choose between them? Can I have both? (Makes puppy-dog eyes.) Yes, I'm a slut. Hadn't you guessed?
I prefer softness to ribs and lack of boobs. However the woman in the first photo seems to fricken perky to me. Like she's going to offer a bunch of balloons to me or something. *L*
Oh, and one other thing we've got to remember: Just because everyone(meaning women) look good lying down, does not mean they'd look good standing up.
I don't find my own body type (stick thin) at all attractive -- that's my negative self-image at work. :( The second woman just doesn't look happy either--so that's going to turn viewers off.
Eek, I'm commenting before reading previous comments, so I'm hoping I don't repeat what everyone else has said.
It's hard for me to make a "who's sexier" determination here. While I do, generally, prefer thin women to bigger women, there's so many other factors here that I can't really judge.
The woman on the top is brunette, and looks happy and inviting. The girl on the bottom is lit substantially differently, making her look emaciated, especially around the ribs and hipbones, and there's weird stuff going on with the shadows on her face. She also doesn't look nearly as happy to be there, or approachable. Mostly, though, I'm struck with the foreknowledge that this is essentially a child, because I'm familiar with the movie the image is from. Knowing that she's that young makes it very hard for me to acknowledge any attraction.
While she may have played an underage teenager, Mena Suvari herself was 20 when American Beauty came out.
Mmmmm... first picture by a long shot.
Oh yeah! Curves n' such n' I'm an asskisser too so...
Mrr...where's the happy medium?
I asked my 4 year old daughter and she said the top one. There's something weird about her smile tho, so I'm not voting. She does look more inviting than the bottom one who has no visible face. | |
