Tomorrow, I'm going to start Project Three Meals up again. The same as it's always been: three reasonable meals and one healthy snack – no more, no less. 30 minutes of exercise a day, minimum. Absolutely no junk food. Sounds simple, should be simple, isn't.
This of course means I won't be raiding the after-halloween candy sales this year.

it's so hard. it really is. so far nonsweetened noncaffeinated herbal tea and raw brocolli with balsamic vinegar have helped (my skin is much better), but if i stay home for more than 4 hours at a time, i binge. :-( good luck! hugs, e

Any chance you can portion out a bag of candy over the next month or so? I found a snack-sized bar a day (at the most) doesn't affect my diet much, and helps keep me from binging.
