As I was getting ready to meet freyja at the Diesel Café, another argument erupted with Bebe. Of course it was over the disappearance of the phone. She threatened that if the phone was returned to the hall, she'd "shut us down" because her family is "rich and powerful". To that I replied "Ooooo... I'm soooo scared.". I'm not sure what she's planning to "shut down", we're renting an apartment we share with roommates, we're not anything to be shut down.

Lake came in and was very diplomatic. She got Bebe to agree to pay her bills in exchange for the return of the phone. Bebe agreed to pay by the end of the week and the phone was returned to the hallway.

When things had calmed down, I noticed that I was quite late for meeting freyja. By the time I got to the Diesel Café, she had already left. I don't blame her, the Diesel Café was wicked crowded tonight, and she had to stand and wait for me as there was no seats. I feel bad making her wait for me. All is well, and we will try again soon, only this time at the 1369 Coffee House.
