Haven't been doing well. Cyndi came out. She was all set to cut when Lake caught her. Lake took the razors away and Cyndi was upset. Lake tried to hug us, but Cyndi was still in front and wouldn't let her. Cyndi doesn't think Lake should interfere with her cutting. I'm glad Lake interfered, or we would have had great gashes on our arms and legs.
That was all about an hour ago. We ended up watching tv with Lake to try to take our thoughts off everything.
My behind the right knee and elbow are still hurting. They tend to hurt when we're switchy. I don't know why. It hurts sometimes when we're fine and laying down, but only when we're standing up if we're switchy. It still hurts sitting here. I wish the pain would go away. I wish I could just go to sleep.

We saw this new social worker person today. The experience was good and bad.
She's going to help us get disability.
She's going to try to get us involved with a group of associated professionals that can help me, instead of having a therapist and a pdoc that don't really communicate.
She commented that our current care is disorganized, like us. And we should bring our care together like we want to bring ourselves. How presumptuous! Like she knows us after one visit. Does she think the goal of every multiple is to become a singleton?
She thinks we should get into a day program at a local hospital. I don't know about that. She thinks it'll make it easier for Lake to get a job if she doesn't have to worry about us while she's gone. It seems to me like it's day care for adults. I don't really like the sound of that very much. John and Lake think it's a good idea. I'm not convinced.

I figured out how we injured our shoulder and neck last week. Only because we did it again, only to a much lesser degree. We slept on the knot holding together one of Lake's makeshift pillows. It hurt us less this time because we were only asleep for about 2½ hours rather than all night. I removed the offending pillow from the bed.

Lake found this in News of the Weird yesterday. | A 45-year-old man drinking with fishing buddies choked to death after trying to swallow a live, 5-inch-long perch (Viburnum, MO, May); according to one of the buddies, the man's last words were, "Hey, watch this!" | |
