Today started out well but went downhill from there.

I met my friend Kat at the Diesel. We had some good talks and coffee. I picked up some of Lake's birthday gifts as well while I was out.

When I got back I grew more and more depressed. Ended crying a lot. Talked to my friend Mandy on the phone, that helped. I have a couple new cuts on my arm now.

I'm feeling much better now. Still depressed, but not the anxious switchy depression I was experiencing earlier.
