I made it through the weekend. I'm thankful for all the help I got from various people. The threat of hospitalization made the weekend very stressful for me. It made me do much worse than I would have otherwise. I don't think I would have been able to stay out without the help of my friends.

I saw my pdoc today. She gave me a prescription for lorazepam (a.k.a. Adivan) for my anxiety. I hoping it will help. I am a little worried about its addictive nature, but the panic attacks are so bad that I'm willing to risk it.

The partial program went well today. The first day I was actually was present for the majority of the group time the body sat through. I actually became quite bouncy for much of the day. I haven't been very bouncy lately, far from my normal bounciness level. I want to be more bouncy. Bouncy is good. Lorazepam is likely make me even less bouncy, but mellow will do quite nicely instead.

As of yesterday, merryperseis and I are officially girlfriends.
