I've had a very rough day full of twitches and half-dreams. Just searching for a way to muddle through. Keep going. See tomorrow. Couldn't even stay at my therapy session for more than 15 minutes. Just couldn't handle it today. Next week, I start having therapy twice a week. We'll see how that goes.
