zarthon took purpleglitter and I out to a late Indian dinner. Then I came home, was twitchy, hid under the covers, and went to sleep for a couple hours. It's been a really draining day. I had to cancel on mute_halo, because I wasn't doing well around that time, I wish I could have seen him though. We just seem fated to miss each other. I have to see my pdoc tomorrow. To be totally random: there was once liquid water on Mars! I believe there still is today.

Just got back from my pdoc appointment. But, she was pleased that I was practicing meditation. However, she was a bit worried that I had cut yesterday. We discussed the need for better stress management. I think that is something I definitely need to work on. She made no changes to my meds and I see her again in 3 weeks.
