zarthon took purpleglitter and me out to the Diesel Café. I had chai and vegetarian vegetable soup. Yummy. We had a good time talking and chatting and laughing. Unfortunately, purpleglitter's bedtime drew near and we had to go. purpleglitter dropped me off at home, where I had some hot chocolate with merryperseis. Just a mellow evening. I like mellow evenings. I've had enough non-mellow evenings to last me a lifetime.

I miss the old TI 94/A sometimes. 16k of memory and a tape drive. A cassette tape drive. The computer I wrote my first program on in 1979. I remember fondly one of the error messages that would come up: "BAD USER". Computers don't chastise their users nearly enough nowadays.
