Seeing this disturbed me. There are no toys in those cages. Nothing for the budgies (or other small birds) to do except breed over and over again until they die. The cages are designed solely to produce the most babies in the least amount of space with no consideration made for the health and well being of the animals. Running a budgie mill is not a legitimate business.
