I miss you being around LJ. I hope fifth time is the charm...I need to watch what I eat, especially now. Yesterday I tried on these jeans I used to wear when I was working, and I almost cried because they were tighter. So yep, new eating plan. Starting in the morning.

Happy to see you're back. Have you considered "eight minutes a day" for exercise? It's a book and seems to require very little in the way of time commitment.

Try six small meals instead of three large meals, it's better for your metabolism. And consider getting a chromium picolinate supplement. It helps with weight loss. And walk, walk, walk. Good stuff.

I added you back. I'm not interested in creating rifts or conflict. You're my friend and I will accept you whatever your choices are. I'm not saying I won't argue, but it's your life. I hope things get better with the eating. Maybe a walk before your first meal? Or walking when you think you want to eat? Obsessive behavior is HARD to stop, when I quit smoking I found that out real fast. Good luck.
