Ugh. For breakfast I had masala ramen, for lunch I had two servings of bhindi masala on red cargo rice (one would have been a reasonable meal), for dinner I had a veggie burger. I had nothing that would be considered a healthy snack. Around 1am I stir fried up soy sauce marinated gluten, peanuts, and baby corn. I also had some cookies and got no exercise. Ah well, so be it. I'm still going to keep trying.

I got in plenty of exercise between helping Jeff move in and walking to kyrene's house. However, I didn't do so well on the eating front. I had bhindi masala with red cargo rice for breakfast, pizza for lunch, Spanish rice with broccoli for dinner, and bean curd jerky for my healthy snack. But a couple junk food binges ended my hopes of a successful Project Three Meals Day. I'm not giving up, I'm still trying! |

Adding to my losing streak, yesterday again no exercise and too much snacking. For breakfast I had bhindi masala with rice, for lunch fettuccini with butter sauce, for dinner a bean quesadilla, and no healthy snack. However, I did have two unhealthy snacks: almost half a Symphony bar and some pre-popped buttered popcorn. The outlook for Project Three Meals today isn't so great either, as it's purpleglitter's birthday, and that likely means I won't be much in control of my meal plan. |

A bit of a recovery from yesterday, but still no exercise. For breakfast I had a microwave pizza, for lunch macaroni and cheese, for dinner bhindi masala with rice. I had two snacks, neither of particularly healthy: corn nuts and a Lidnt white chocolate truffle.
Improvement, but still not satisfactory.
