| Project Three Meals - Attempt 15, Day 3 | ||
Ugh. For breakfast I had masala ramen, for lunch I had two servings of bhindi masala on red cargo rice (one would have been a reasonable meal), for dinner I had a veggie burger. I had nothing that would be considered a healthy snack. Around 1am I stir fried up soy sauce marinated gluten, peanuts, and baby corn. I also had some cookies and got no exercise. Ah well, so be it. I'm still going to keep trying. | ||

| Project Tree Meals - Attempt 15, Day 1 | ||
For breakfast I had spaghetti in tomatoe sauce with peppers and parmesan cheese, for lunch I had paneer butter masala with rice, for dinner I had two slices of faux chipotle sausage pizza with basil mozzarella baked on a garlic and herb crust, and for my healthy snack I had pumpkin seeds. I was sitting on my desk, spaced out, and before I could realizes what I was doing I had eaten a significant number of peanut chews. Having already foiled my day, I opted to have cookies later on when offered and I didn't get any exercise. I know the reasoning "I already screwed up, what the hell?" isn't the best and that I should strive to get as close as I can regardless of how well the rest of the day went. But I had already screwed up, so what the hell. Great "logic', eh? I'll do better and I intend to win the wager. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 14, Day 6 | ||
For breakfast yesterday I had cheesecake (not a reasonable meal), for lunch I had faux turkey sandwich with muenster, for dinner I had ziti arrabiata, and I had no healthy snack but I did get a chocolate dipped florentine cookie at Mike's Pastry in the North End as an unhealthy snack. I fulfilled my exercise quota walking around the North End, at least getting one aspect right. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 12, Day 15 | ||
I know it's a bit late in the day for this post, but here goes. Yesterday I had spaghetti o's topped with mozzarella for breakfast, mac and cheese with black beans for lunch, a veggie burger with fries for dinner. I had a pickle for my healthy snack. I also ate a cookie and didn't fulfil my exercise quota. I have been considering giving up on Project Three Meals, but I think I'll keep going for now. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 6, Day 5 | ||
Did quite bad at Project Three Meals yesterday. Essentially had four meals. Meal one was spaghetti o's, meal two was four cheese farfalle, meal three was vegetarian corn dogs, and meal four was a concoction I through together with nutrela, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and red wine vinegar. I also had many unhealthy snacks including cookies and mounds bars. On top of all that, I got absolutely no exercise. I'll just have to try harder today. I hear thunder, time to unplug the computer. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 6, Day 1 | ||
I forgot to mention last night that Project Three Meals also includes 30 minutes of exercise. It's just a simply healthy plan with a simple yet somewhat fun name. So, how did today go? For breakfast, I had rotini and sauce. For lunch I had rotini with tomatoe sauce. For dinner, I had... well I didn't eat dinner. For my healthy snack I had a cliff bar. In addition to that I had one of I did get in 30 minutes of exercise. In fact I got well over three hours in my walk to Lexington Center from I'd stay up and make the dinner I didn't eat today, but I'm not doing to well tonight. I'm quite twitchy and dizzy and I've already ended up on the kitchen floor twice this evening, and I don't trust myself handling a hot pot or pan. So I'm off to bed and I'll try to do better tomorrow. | ||

I saw a squirrel outside the living room windows carrying a Christmas cookie with tons of green and white icing to it's nest along the power lines. A few minutes later, I saw the same squirrel carrying another Christmas cookie. It must have found a stash. It's going to have a nest full of cookies. Lucky squirrel. | ||

now that i'll probably be posting more often i'll probably be posting more often in stream of consciousness form i've decided that for the month of december i will not consumer any non-prescribed drugs (alcohol is a drug) with the exception of caffeine. i want to see how i feel at the end of the month i want to know how much the various random substance change my system if i'm not doing noticeably better at the end of december i'll go back to my old habit if i am doing better i'll have to rethink if drugs are worth it it's a beautiful day today in the 60s for probably the last time this year it's supposed to freeze tonight though mind is looping i hate that breaking out now still looping not really breaking out now my head is twitching but the looping seems to have stopped squeaky olympics i ate spaghetti-o's and pickles (not together) i wonder what they'd taste like together though unfortunately i'm out of spaghetti-o's and pickles or i would experiment take a bite of spaghetti-o's and a bite of pickle chew hmmm.... i know pickles go well with wafer cream cookies best with better pickles ymmmmm.... | ||

| Yummie Anise Lemon Cheese Square Cookies | ||
I just made yummie anise lemon cheese square cookies. I just threw them together. No recipe, just looked at what we had and figured out what would work well together. Lake tried one and liked it. When I told her what they were she decided she was too weirded out to eat any more. She won't eat them because they're sweet and have cheese in them. Whatever. More for me. | ||
