| Project Three Meals - Attempt 12, Day 13 | ||
Not even close yesterday. I had cheese-stuffed ravioli with tomatoe sauce and parmesan cheese for breakfast, hot and spicy scrambled tofu with baby corn drenched in soy sauce for lunch, half an egg salad sub for dinner, and a pickle for my healthy snack. However, I had an additional pickle, some cheese crackers, a bowl of ice cream, and no exercise. I can do better. I will do better. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 6, Day 6 | ||
No exercise again yesterday. Need to work on working out. Did well on meals though, for breakfast I had garlic parmesan penne, for lunch vegetarian corn dogs, and for dinner butternut squash soup with pane rustico. Didn't do as well with snacks though. All healthy, but too many: string cheese, olives, tangerines, and crackers. Need to get a handle on the snacking. | ||

I'm not on supervised sharps this time so I can shave in peace. I'm eating lots of cheese and crackers. Snacking insatiably. I've given up on Project 3 Meals while I am here. I will try Attempt 4 when I get out. All in all my mood is much better than yesterday morning. There is a good chance I will be out tomorrow. posted by | ||

| Again Bad | ||
After a really crappy lunch, I was hungry and I ate the cheese and crackers that they have for snacks. I felt really horrible about eating non-vegan food so I purged. I know that didn't help anything. Soon my friends will bring me snacks and I won't have the temptation anymore. I'm going to stick to being vegan the rest of the time here. I won't let myself slip up again. It's just so damned tempting. posted by | ||
