Project Three Meals - Attempt 11, Day 2

I was planning on walking to the library for my exercise yesterday, but it was rainy most of the day, so I didn't get my exercise in. I know that's not a very good excuse, but that's the only one I have.

I did however do well on the food front. I had fettucini alfredo for breakfast, ramen for lunch, breadsticks with cheese for dinner, and an apple for my healthy snack. If I can get myself on the ball with exercise, I'll be doing very well with this go.

Project Three Meals - Attempt 6, Day 7

Again no exercise yesterday. I did well food wise with the exception of one Lindt truffle and some corn nuts. Other than those naughty extras, I had tomatoe soup with parmesan for breakfast, fettuccini alfredo for lunch, a microwave pizza for dinner, and two jonamac apples for my healthy snack. I'm consistently screwing up on two fronts: snacking and exercising. I need to concentrate harder on both.

I was going to post this last night, but the power went out at LiveJournal and the site has been down for over 24 hours. Yesterday I ate masala ramen for lunch, fettucini broccoli alfrado for lunch, spaghetti in tomatoe sauce with mushrooms and parmesan cheese for dinner, and dates for my healthy snack. I also got in 35 minutes of walking. A very successful day.
