It wuud allso help solv a frustraeting ishoo I, and meny uthers, offen cum acros: thair ar meny werds I am qiet familyar with in print but hav no iedeea how to pronouns. It is a bit bugy and I do fiend it anoiing that the proegram consistently drops the "e" frum "the", which isn't standard SoundSpel. The problem is eezily fixt with a serch and replaes. It maeks a fue uthere errors as wel, and eeven tho the rezults must stil be proofred it stil saevs time and increeses acuerasy for thoes nue to SoundSpel like mieself. In fact, I uezd it to prepare this poest. Perhaps I shuud practis rieting longger strings in SoundSpel.

I first made seamless backgrounds in 1995 on an old Mac that I had access to at the time for use as wallpaper. Around 7 years ago, I put up a site called "Beverly's Texture Heaven" with a few seamless backgrounds I had created for people to freely take. Over the next two or three years, the site grew to over 1500 backgrounds. I have made any new ones since then, with one or two exceptions made for specific purposes.

I had intended to put many of the old backgrounds back up on the new neitherday.com, but I never got around to doing it. Instead, I'm going to put many of them up here over a series of posts, this being the first.

I dremt there was an secret ancient sect of Isis devotees in Boston. They were leaving secret messages in the trunks of taxis. One wa found with various bottles of wine, but the bottles were in the design of those found amongst the debri of ancient shipwrecks. This very much intregued me, and I was searching all over boston to find the group. Finding the group was particularly interesting because it would allow me to get in touch with Isis, who in my dream happened to be male. I was traveling the streets of boston, searching, searching. I remember walking along sidewalks that had steep cliffs on the side going down to the Charles. I never did find the group. Futhermore, the clues they left seemed to be being erased. It became so no one but me remembered that anything strange at all was going on. I woke up before I figured anything out.
