| Movie Night | ||
Eddie Izzard was, as advertised, glorious. He's by far the best stand-up comic I've ever seen. I'm going to keep my eyes out for any appearances he might have in the Boston area. I would definitely be willing to pinch my pennies for a month to see him live. The Incredible True Story of Two Girls in Love was very much a disappointment. What promised to be a light hearted lesbian romance turned out to be a torturous drone of bad acting, bad writing, and bad filming. The movie had to be shut off halfway through to prevent our brains from turning into a gelatinous ooze.

Until today, we didn't know how to turn on the chandelier in the playroom. We thought it must be broken. However, today, ----- I received two letters from I should have received her letters several weeks ago, but I haven't been checking my post office box very frequently. I should direct people send mail to my home address from now on. The post office box served a purpose before we moved. The mailbox at the old place wasn't very secure, and we had numerous instances of disappearing mail. However, here at the new ----- After dropping off Mitzi in Davis Square,

| Thanksgiving Memories | ||
The Thanksgiving Potluck was small and cosy, as expected. The improvised stuffing turned out better than I expected. We've decided to call it "heathen stuffing". I'll be posting a recipe for it sometime in the near future. Sitting at the table with wine and food and friends is what Thanksgiving is all about for me. Stuffed bellies and smiling faces. Warm happy memories to keep close by in the approaching dreariness of January and February. ----- After dinner, we watched The Others, a wonderful movie I'd seen before but was happy to see again. We then watched the Eddie Izzard tape Mitzi brought over. I'd never seen Eddie Izzard before, and I must say he is incredibly funny. Mitzi has impeccable taste in comedy. I'm definitely going to try to see more tapes of his stand up routines.

| Do You Admire the View | ||
Around 7:00pm, Mitzi came over to watch Stigmata, a movie I recently purchased. Before the movie, we decided to get pakoras. I hadn't eaten anything, and thought I might eat with someone else. It is sometimes easier to do that when I can convince myself it is an expected social activity. I don't know if I can pull off the same thing tomorrow, I'll see when I get there. I also know one order of pakoras is not a good nutritional intake for the day, but it is better than nothing. ----- Mitzi told me that Bob of Sinister was hit by a car last week. What is it with my friends getting hit by cars this year? First Kat, now Bob. Bob is at home recovering, but he had brain hemorrhaging, and it is unknown if there will be permanent damage. Please let there not be. Bob is such a kind, wonderful, gentle soul. I hope and hope he keeps all the gifts he has. ----- Around 11:00pm;

| Party at Sinister House | ||
I also saw At one point, there was a large discussion of LiveJournal, but I wasn't able to get everybody's username, as I forgot to bring my pen. I met many new and exciting people at the party and gave out a great many wish pods. I'm actually starting to run low on my supply of wish pods, and need to go out and gather more. I used to have two large jars of wish pods. Now, the last jar is nearing the bottom.

| Coffee - Take Two | ||
Just got back from Davis Square. Had coffee at the Diesel Café with Mitzi. We were supposed to have coffee Thursday, but Mitzi couldn't make it. I wish we could get together more often. Hopefully we'll get together for drinks and a movie sometime soon. I gave Mitzi my LiveJournal URL, so she may be reading this :)

| Whew! | ||
Lake just got up and told me I pretty much took my Seroquel yesterday and went to bed shortly thereafter. I'm going to meet Mitzi tonight at the Diesel Café. Mitzi is someone else I want to make a pair of wings for. Right now I don't have the money to try more material. I'll probably be able to get some by the end of the week. I'm hoping that maybe Mitzi will want to work with me with the wings. Maybe making dresses to go with specific wings. I don't want to bring the idea up with her until I've gotten several of my new style wings made. If I'm correct, these wings will turn out 1000 times better then the wings I've made in the past. Not that the wings I've made are crappy, just the new ones will be a great improvement.

| Feeling Better | ||
I spent some time watching really bad TV with Lake. I'm relaxing (and occasionally dancing) to 80's music. Currently sucking on a pop ice. Love those things, only 30 calories. Yummy and cold. I think I'm going to get working again on Kat's wing. I need to go out and see if I can find the correct material this time. I want to make a pair of wings for my friend Mitzi as well, although something other than dragonfly. Tomorrow I think I'm going to try to paint some wish pods. I'm running low on my supply, and need to build it back up.
