| Project Five - Attempt 2, Day 2 | ||
Yesterday didn't work at all for Project Five. For breakfast I had spaghetti in tomatoe sauce with mushrooms, peppers, and parmesan cheese; for lunch I had vegetable and paneer pakoras followed by shahi paneer korma with rice and naan, for a healthy snack I had tortillas with spinach and garlic hummus. I did no real exercise and only ate 2 meals and 1 snack as opposed to 3 meals and 2 snacks. So, no dice on day 2.

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 16, Day 4 | ||
For breakfast yesterday I had pizza; for lunch I had pakora kadhi on forbidden black rice; for dinner I had flat bread pizza with mushrooms at the Flat Bread Café in Bedford. I didn't have a healthy snack, nor did I get any exercise. However, I did have some banana bread with ice cream. So, there!

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 12, Day 7 | ||
The food part went perfectly: For breakfast I had spaghetti covered in tomatoe sauce with green and black olives, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese; for lunch I had a vegetable pakoras and samosas, for dinner I had a veggie burger and fries, and for my health snack i had nicoises olives. However, I didn't get any exercise and that is the area I need most to work on at this point.

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 6, Day 12 | ||
Didn't do as well yesterday. Only a small amount of exercise, nowhere near my 30 minute goal. As far as food goes, I had an egg and cheese everything bagel for breakfast, spaghetti o's for lunch, and paneer vindaloo with rice and garlic naan plus some pakoras for dinner. However, I didn't eat a healthy snack. Not eating when I should is just as much a deviation from Project Three Meals as eating something I when I shouldn't. Trying gets me a better handle on my food intake and makes me pay more attention to what I eat, even if I don't alway succeed in my goals.

Around 7:00pm, Mitzi came over to watch Stigmata, a movie I recently purchased. Before the movie, we decided to get pakoras. I hadn't eaten anything, and thought I might eat with someone else. It is sometimes easier to do that when I can convince myself it is an expected social activity. I don't know if I can pull off the same thing tomorrow, I'll see when I get there. I also know one order of pakoras is not a good nutritional intake for the day, but it is better than nothing. ----- Mitzi told me that Bob of Sinister was hit by a car last week. What is it with my friends getting hit by cars this year? First Kat, now Bob. Bob is at home recovering, but he had brain hemorrhaging, and it is unknown if there will be permanent damage. Please let there not be. Bob is such a kind, wonderful, gentle soul. I hope and hope he keeps all the gifts he has. ----- Around 11:00pm;

| Surprise Visit | ||
We got pakoras for lunch at Chai Café in Arlington Center. The pakoras at Punjab are yummy and cheap. Punjab's tamarind sauce is excelent as well. Good tamarind sauce is a necessity to smother the pakoras in. I have a feeling I'm going to become a regular customer. After lunch, Next we went to a tent sale at Video Horizons. I picked up two movies: Stigmata and Cecil B. Demented.

Late yesterday afternoon, I met Sara in Harvard Square to discuss housing issues and get some paperwork filled out. I had completely forgotten about the Octoberfest celebrations in Harvard Square. The entire square was packed. I walked around looking at the various vendors' wares. I stopped at one of the various tables offering Indian food, and got some really cheep pakoras which I smothered in tamarid sauce. After the meeting with Sara, I met up with In the morning, As
