| Project Five - Attempt 2, Day 5 | ||
For breakfast yesterday I had pizza; for lunch I had spaghetti o's with monterey jack cheese; for dinner I had spinach and ricotta stuffed ravioli in a tomatoe sauce with parmesan and green and black olives; for my first healthy snack I had spicy peanuts; for my second healthy snack I had chips and salsa - wait, that's not a healthy snack and neither was the salt and vinegar potatoe chips I had shortly after. Add in not meeting my exercise quota and I need to do better. | ||

| Project Five - Attempt 2, Day 1 | ||
Yesterday, for breakfast I had tomatoe soup with parmesan cheese; for lunch I had paneer tikka masala wrapped in a tortilla; for dinner I had spaghetti in tomatoe sauce with mushrooms, peppers, and parmesan cheese; for my first healthy snack I had peanuts; for my second healthy snack I had pumpkin seeds. I got in a good hour long walk around Arlington. I would have made it, however I foiled myself first thing yesterday morning. Before I was awake enough to remember I was starting Project Five, I started gnawing on some thai barbecue tortilla chips. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 15, Day 3 | ||
Ugh. For breakfast I had masala ramen, for lunch I had two servings of bhindi masala on red cargo rice (one would have been a reasonable meal), for dinner I had a veggie burger. I had nothing that would be considered a healthy snack. Around 1am I stir fried up soy sauce marinated gluten, peanuts, and baby corn. I also had some cookies and got no exercise. Ah well, so be it. I'm still going to keep trying. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 12, Day 6 | ||
For breakfast I had pizza. For lunch I had gluten, peanuts, mushrooms, and baby corn marinated in soy sauce then stir fried. For dinner I had breadsticks covered in mozzarella cheese. For my healthy snack I had a pickle. I didn't get in my exercise and I at some pound cake and tings in the evening. I always run into problems snacking in the evening. I tend to eat my snack during the day and usually end up having an early dinner with | ||

| Self Foil | ||
I have foiled myself. I'd just eaten a bunch of peanuts and a bowl of spaghetti O's. I had planned on purging after eating. But in a moment of clarity, I took my evening meds, which prevents me from purging because if I want to keep the meds in me I can't vomit! I may have screwed us over tonight, but it's really for the good of our health. | ||
