| Project Three Meals - Attempt 13, Day 4 | ||
For breakfast yesterday I had spaghetti in garlic and olive oil, for lunch I had Spanish rice with faux pork, for my healthy snack I had a pickle. I got my exercise in the morning in the form of a walk. I really getting into the morning walk thing, it's nice to get out and about before the heat of the day sets in. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 13, Day 3 | ||
For breakfast I had grilled cheese (muenster on Ezekiel 4:9) with half a pickle, for lunch I had rotini in tomatoe sauce with parmesan cheese, for dinner I had a veggie burger with fries, I had no healthy snack. I did get in my exercise quota for the day with my walks. In the early evening, my mood dipped down pretty low and I binged on greasy popcorn and chips and salsa. Low moods often spell trouble for Project Three Meals, because when I'm in a low mood I often cease to care about Project Three Meals and sometimes even sabotage the project on purpose as a form of "self-destruction". This form of self destruction is very minor compared to some of the things I have done in the past. Perhaps having this self-destructive outlet actually helps keep me away from the more damaging self-destructive behaviours, being relatively innocuous outlet for those urges. My failures may actually be improvements. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 13, Day 1 | ||
For breakfast I had rotini primavera in tomatoe sauce with mushrooms and parmesan cheese; for lunch I had faux lamb, baby corn, and potatoes in caramelized soy sauce and hot red chili oil; for dinner I had a veggie burger with fries; and for my healthy snack I had a pickle. I got in well over 30 minutes of exercise in a morning quasipseudorandom walk around Arlington. Success on the first day, pretty good! | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 12, Day 16 | ||
Close, but no cigar. For breakfast I had spaghetti with butter and parmesan, for lunch I had chole kulcha with naan, for dinner I had pizza, and for my healthy snack I had a pickle. I also got in my 30 minutes of exercise. One 50¢ roll of mini-donuts was all that stood in the way of me and success. | ||

I know it's a bit late in the day for this post, but here goes. Yesterday I had spaghetti o's topped with mozzarella for breakfast, mac and cheese with black beans for lunch, a veggie burger with fries for dinner. I had a pickle for my healthy snack. I also ate a cookie and didn't fulfil my exercise quota. I have been considering giving up on Project Three Meals, but I think I'll keep going for now. | ||

For breakfast yesterday I had cheese stuffed ravioli with tomatoe sauce and parmesan cheese, for lunch I had two veggie corn dogs, for dinner I had potatoe salad, and for my healthy snack I had a pickle. Off the plan, I had two bowls of faux duck ramen and didn't get any real exercise. | ||

Not even close yesterday. I had cheese-stuffed ravioli with tomatoe sauce and parmesan cheese for breakfast, hot and spicy scrambled tofu with baby corn drenched in soy sauce for lunch, half an egg salad sub for dinner, and a pickle for my healthy snack. However, I had an additional pickle, some cheese crackers, a bowl of ice cream, and no exercise. I can do better. I will do better. | ||

I didn't repeat Wednesday's success because i had a bowl of ice cream and didn't get any exercise. | ||

I did it! I got in my exercise by walking to Davis Square. Finally. Now to see if I can repeat yesterday. | ||

For breakfast I had pizza. For lunch I had gluten, peanuts, mushrooms, and baby corn marinated in soy sauce then stir fried. For dinner I had breadsticks covered in mozzarella cheese. For my healthy snack I had a pickle. I didn't get in my exercise and I at some pound cake and tings in the evening. I always run into problems snacking in the evening. I tend to eat my snack during the day and usually end up having an early dinner with | ||

For breakfast yesterday I had pizza, for lunch I had eggplant marinated in olive oil and garlic sautéed with faux abalone in a sandwich, for dinner I had kabuli chana with rice, for my healthy snack I had a pickle. I got in only 20 of my 30 minutes of exercise and ate almost half a bag of tings and some gelatin-free gummy bears, meaning still no successful Project Three Meals days. Even though I haven't actually accomplished the goal any day, I have cut down on my junk food and snacking and am getting more exercise, so I'm moving in the right direction even if I'm not there yet and that has always been the point of Project Three Meals. | ||

| Project Three Meals - Attempt 12, Day 3 | ||
Didn't do so well again at Project Three Meals today, but i keep going. I had pizza for breakfast, For lunch I had gluten, mushrooms, and baby corn marinated in soy sauce then stir fried. For my healthy snack I had a pickle. I didn't get any exercise of note in. Exercise has proved to be a difficult issue because I've been having more issues with dizziness or whatever the hell these spells are where I get twitchy and have difficulty walking. They got better for a while, but seem to be waxing again. Nothing near what they were at their peak last winter and it's not really a good excuse for not getting my exercise in, but it is a mental deterrent to doing so. I need to just fucking go out and take my walks. I can do better. I will do better. | ||

For breakfast I had pizza, for lunch an egg and cheese on an everything bagel, for dinner spaghetti in a tomatoe sauce with green and black olives and parmesan cheese, and a pickle for my healthy snack. Would have been a perfect day if I had gotten my 30 minutes of exercise in. A definite improvement from yesterday, but not quite there yet. | ||

Yesterday, I picked up a 5 gallon bucket of deli pickles at d'Agastino's. Something I haven't done in a couple years. I used to have a serious pickle habit, but I gave it up when I was having painful issues with reflux. But, I seem to be picking up the habit again. Pickles, YUM! | ||

| Another Generic Subject | ||
now that i'll probably be posting more often i'll probably be posting more often in stream of consciousness form i've decided that for the month of december i will not consumer any non-prescribed drugs (alcohol is a drug) with the exception of caffeine. i want to see how i feel at the end of the month i want to know how much the various random substance change my system if i'm not doing noticeably better at the end of december i'll go back to my old habit if i am doing better i'll have to rethink if drugs are worth it it's a beautiful day today in the 60s for probably the last time this year it's supposed to freeze tonight though mind is looping i hate that breaking out now still looping not really breaking out now my head is twitching but the looping seems to have stopped squeaky olympics i ate spaghetti-o's and pickles (not together) i wonder what they'd taste like together though unfortunately i'm out of spaghetti-o's and pickles or i would experiment take a bite of spaghetti-o's and a bite of pickle chew hmmm.... i know pickles go well with wafer cream cookies best with better pickles ymmmmm.... | ||

I just carried a 5 gallon bucket of Hebrew National deli pickles over half a mile. Five gallon buckets of pickles are very heavy. | ||
