For breakfast yesterday I had pizza; for lunch I had spaghetti o's with monterey jack cheese; for dinner I had spinach and ricotta stuffed ravioli in a tomatoe sauce with parmesan and green and black olives; for my first healthy snack I had spicy peanuts; for my second healthy snack I had chips and salsa - wait, that's not a healthy snack and neither was the salt and vinegar potatoe chips I had shortly after. Add in not meeting my exercise quota and I need to do better.

For breakfast yesterday I had cream of mushroom soup; for lunch I had spaghetti o's topped with monterey jack; for dinner I had ricotta and spinach stuffed ravioli in tomatoe sauce with parmesan and green and blacks olives; for my first healthy snack I had a clementine, for my second health snack I had dried blueberries.
I didn't get in my exercise quota and I had a white chocolate Lindt ball. Mmm... it was good, but definitely not on the plan.

For breakfast yesterday I had spaghetti in garlic and olive oil, for lunch I had Spanish rice with faux pork, for my healthy snack I had a pickle. zarthon took purpleglitter and me out to Vinny T's in Lexington for dinner, where we got fried ravioli as our appetizer and I had eggplant parmesan with spaghetti for my entrée. I got my exercise in the morning in the form of a walk. I really getting into the morning walk thing, it's nice to get out and about before the heat of the day sets in. |

For breakfast yesterday I had cheese stuffed ravioli with tomatoe sauce and parmesan cheese, for lunch I had two veggie corn dogs, for dinner I had potatoe salad, and for my healthy snack I had a pickle. Off the plan, I had two bowls of faux duck ramen and didn't get any real exercise.

Not even close yesterday. I had cheese-stuffed ravioli with tomatoe sauce and parmesan cheese for breakfast, hot and spicy scrambled tofu with baby corn drenched in soy sauce for lunch, half an egg salad sub for dinner, and a pickle for my healthy snack. However, I had an additional pickle, some cheese crackers, a bowl of ice cream, and no exercise. I can do better. I will do better.

I did it! For breakfast yesterday I had spinach and cheese stuffed ravioli in tomatoe sauce with mushrooms and parmesan, for lunch I had spaghetti o's, for dinner I had mac and cheese, and for my healthy snack I had a pickle. I got in my exercise by walking to Davis Square. Finally. Now to see if I can repeat yesterday.

Food perfect yet no exercise, again. For breakfast I had spinach and cheese stuffed ravioli in tomatoe sauce with mushrooms and parmesan, for a very very late lunch I had sloppy joes, for dinner I had leftover enchiladas verdes, and for my healthy snack I had a pickle.

I did well yesterday. For breakfast I had tomatoe soup with parmesan, for lunch cheese ravioli with tomatoe sauce, and for dinner chole kulcha with naan. Three tangerines became my healthy snack. I also got in my 30 minutes of exercise in the form of a walk to Stop & Shop. Good days make me feel good.

Yesterday for breakfast I ate white cheddar & broccoli rigatoni, for lunch: minestrone soup, for dinner: cheese ravioli with tomatoe sauce, and for my healthy snack: salted cashews. I got in my half hour of exercise by walking to Stop & Shop. Project Three Meals went perfectly yesterday.
