Success! For breakfast I had macaroni and cheese laced with broccoli bits, for lunch I had samosa chole chat; for dinner I had linguine in a tomatoed alfredo sauce; for my healthy snack I had 3 mandarins. I got plenty of exercise walking home from merryperseis's place. No junk food.

The food part went perfectly: For breakfast I had spaghetti covered in tomatoe sauce with green and black olives, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese; for lunch I had a vegetable pakoras and samosas, for dinner I had a veggie burger and fries, and for my health snack i had nicoises olives. However, I didn't get any exercise and that is the area I need most to work on at this point.

Went to the Goodwill in davis_square. The second time we went there this week, but purpleglitter needed items from the downstairs which is closed on Thursdays. purpleglitter picked up several baskets and a little wood wagon for her apartment. Then across the street to the Family Dollar, where purpleglitter picked up a nice lamp and shade.

purpleglitter decided to go to Pep Boys to get her oil changed on Monday or Tuesday rather than today, figuring there would be more of a wait on the weekend.

Upon returning to Arlington, purpleglitter treated me to some samosa chole chat at Punjab. Yummie.

Next to Walgreens, where I picked up lightbulbs (both in my room were out), hydrocortisone, and a refill on my spironolactone.
